Phase one of the engine rebuild is officially complete: the long block is fully assembled and waiting to go back between the frame rails. We pulled out all the stops on this G4FJ build. Between the CylinderSupportSystems block reinforcement, Traum forged pistons, ARP head studs, and a upgraded turbo setup, the foundation is rock-solid. Next up is dropping it in, hooking up the plumbing, and getting ready for the break-in and tune.
